What else do I need to know?

We DO NOT provide oven cleaning

Our pricing is based on our deep cleaning checklist.

We Do NOT clean faeces or other bodily or animal fluids, unless a decontamination clean is booked.

Pricing for De-contamination cleaning is completely different to a standard deep cleaning fee.

If you have pet mess or human bio fluids present you will be charged additionally.

We DO NOT provide a one hour cleaning time.

Minimum booking is 2 hours, or 1 hour with two cleaners

The price we give for deep cleaning is for 8 hours with a team.

A half day is 4 hours with a team.

Team sizes are dependent on the size of the properties and tasks we need to complete.

If your clean is not completed within the time due to the condition of the clean, you will need to book again and an additional visit fee will be payable.

The clean is calculated using the information you give to us.

Your rating of cleanliness will always be different to ours, please bear that in mind.

Yes. To protect both you and the company we do have a 30 day rolling contract for domestic clients.

Commercial customers have a 90 day minimum contract. However, each client is different and the contract will be aligned with their plans and objectives

Our domestic cleaning rates are £17.00 per hour per cleaner. 

If you live within 3 miles of our postcode area. If outside this area there is a £5.00 surcharge

We use a comprehensive bookings management system that sends notifications by email and text in advance of your appointment. On the booking system you can communicate with staff where necessary to give them an indication of changes to your schedule or cleaning routines if needs be.

Yes. We hold a 2 million public liability insurance, and a 10 million employers liability insurance certificate 

Your property and security remain our number 1 priority, we are fully insured to hold keys until your next clean.

We are a preferred supplier of Sykes cottages for holiday let cleaning. We can accomodate bookings at any size of property. For more information just drop us an email using the address on the contact page. Alternatively, use the housekeeping quick response tool and highlight holiday let when prompted

Yes. All staff will wear ID badges. The badges can be scanned using the QR code on them which verifies who we are.

Our team hold valid COSHH, Level 2 Health & Safety, Covid-19 Safety, machine handling and general training certificates and are regularly trained to a high standard using industry support organisations such as The British Institute of Cleaning Science, and The Federation of Master Cleaners.

Our carpet cleaning technicians have also been trained by Prochem Europe in maintaining & cleaning woven & tufted carpet, rugs & soft floor coverings.

The course provides comprehensive knowledge regarding the correct use of chemicals and the PH scale.

This enables our team to effectively clean and protect your carpet from damage.

We always try to clean your premises using the same cleaning associates each time, unless due to holiday, sickness or other emergency we are unable to do so.

We bring everything we need to professionally clean the premises including necessary supplies, chemicals and equipment. All you need to provide is consumables, such as bin bags, soaps and other personal products you wish to have on site. Small white bin bags and a change of black bag have been factored into the pricing.

Payment is due in advance of the billing period/One month in advance for commercial customers.

Your first invoice will include the deep clean fee if applicable, and the 1 month in advance.

We have a minimum booking time of 2 hours. There's also a minimum attendance charge of £50 + Vat

The minimum fee covers the job upto the above hours. External window cleaning can also be added during a visit to off set the fee.

Additional costs will be added for any site above 5 windows.

Floor scrubber driers or large commercial cleaning machines must be rented from us, we do not just provide them for site. 

 

Domestic customers pay after every visit, once the initial consultation has been completed.

We accept Direct Debit at point of sale, Cash, Paypal or Bank Transfer.

Yes, it can help the team if you enforce a clear desk or room policy. This will ensure we can maximise the cleaning without compensating for tidying.

Our team will clean your premises on your chosen day. Our team members do their best to stick as closely to those start times as possible. We use a booking management system so you will know exactly when we are due.

However, the arrival time may vary slightly due to things such as traffic, weather & jobs over running slightly.
